San Diego has a world-class rave and EDM community — but access isn't equal. Event tickets, cover charges, and "guest list" culture means many people who would love to be there never show up. That's not PLUR.
PLUR Factory was built on a different idea: the best nights happen when everyone is welcome. This summer, we want to produce a series of free outdoor pop-up events — no cover, no VIP, no barriers. Just music, movement, and community under the San Diego sky.
But free events aren't free to produce. Sound systems, venue permits, DJ fees, event production — it all costs money. That's where you come in.
Every dollar raised goes directly toward making these events happen. We're not paying for marketing or salaries — this is 100% production costs for free community events.
